About Oliver & Adéla**

Oliver Hlavačka and Adéla Buňatová are certified breathwork facilitators united by a shared dedication to inner transformation and conscious healing. With diverse yet complementary backgrounds—Oliver in coaching, NLP, and meditation, and Adéla in body-based practices and expanded states of awareness—they bring a rich, balanced approach to their work.

Together, they create sacred, trauma-informed spaces where individuals are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Their sessions are rooted in presence, trust, and deep listening, offering a nurturing environment for emotional release, clarity, and personal growth.

A pivotal part of their journey was the profound healing each experienced through Bufo Alvarius. These transformative experiences deepened their understanding of the synergy between breathwork and psychedelic states, inspiring them to weave these modalities with care, wisdom, and integrity.

As partners in life and in practice, Oliver and Adéla are dedicated to supporting others on their path of self-discovery, helping them tap into the innate intelligence of the body, breath, and soul.

Breath Work Facilitators

Through their breathwork journeys and transformational guidance, Oliver and Adéla have helped many individuals reconnect with parts of themselves that were long forgotten, buried, or silenced. Their work supports deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and the integration of past experiences, creating space for clarity, inner peace, and resilience to emerge.

Participants often describe their sessions as life-changing. Some experience the soft unraveling of long-held grief, while others gain profound insights into their purpose, relationships, or patterns. Whether guiding a group or holding space in a one-on-one setting, Oliver and Adéla bring presence, compassion, and precision to every encounter.

Their combined approach bridges the physical and the spiritual—honoring the body’s innate intelligence while gently opening the doors to expanded states of consciousness. Many clients report a renewed sense of vitality, a deeper connection to self, and the courage to live more authentically.

Their impact extends not only to the moment of the breathwork journey but also to the integration that follows—the subtle yet powerful shifts that ripple into daily life, relationships, and the way one navigates the world.

🔥 Her Passion

For ChefFabi, cooking is not just a skill—it is a sacred ritual, a form of prayer, and a living expression of devotion. Her deepest passion lies in reconnecting people to the ancient intelligence of food, reminding them that what we eat is not only what we become, but how we remember who we truly are.

Guided by the wisdom of Ayurveda, she sees every ingredient as a teacher and every meal as an offering. The sound of spices crackling in ghee, the aroma of fresh herbs, the vibrant colors of nature’s bounty—these are her instruments for healing and awakening. Anaya is especially passionate about helping others restore balance in their bodies and lives through intuitive, intentional nourishment.

Her joy comes alive when she witnesses transformation, not just in physical health, but in the spirit as well. Whether she’s preparing a sattvic feast for a yoga retreat, teaching a mother how to cook with love and balance for her family, or creating a deeply grounding meal for someone in healing, Anaya pours her heart into every moment.

At the root of it all is her love for the Earth, her reverence for the plants, and her unwavering belief that food prepared with love has the power to heal everything, from the gut to the soul.

✨ Meet Myriam — A Journey of Touch, Movement & Presence

My name is Myriam, and it brings me true joy to share the essence of my journey with you.

For over 20 years, I’ve devoted myself to the healing arts as a passionate and intuitive massage therapist. My work is rooted in a profound love for holistic well-being and the power of human connection. With a background in dance, personal training, and holistic beauty, I’ve developed a deeply embodied, personalized approach to touch—one that listens, responds, and restores.

My path has taken me through some of the world’s most sacred and serene healing spaces—from elegant spas in Rome to the heartlands of India, Thailand, and Indonesia. In each place, I gathered ancient wisdom, sacred techniques, and the subtle art of holding space, weaving them into treatments that go beyond the physical, into the realm of energetic and emotional renewal.

Yoga found me as a calling to return home to myself—to my breath, my body, and something infinitely more profound. I’ve returned to India eight times, each journey a pilgrimage into the heart of practice. I trained in Rishikesh, the cradle of yoga, where I immersed myself in the Iyengar tradition—an approach rooted in alignment, awareness, and presence.

My practice remains inspired by my teacher, Usha Devi, whose unwavering dedication and clarity have left a lasting impression on my path.

In my classes, I guide with both strength and softness—merging the grounding precision of Iyengar with the fluidity of vinyasa and hatha flows. I invite every student to move with breath, to meet themselves with compassion, and to awaken the quiet intelligence within.

My work—whether through bodywork or yoga—is an offering of presence, connection, and deep remembering.

🌿 My Work & Impact:
My work is rooted in the art of presence, whether through the healing power of touch or the sacred movement of breath and body. As a massage therapist and yoga teacher, I offer more than technique; I offer a space where people feel seen, held, and deeply cared for.

Each massage I give is intuitive and tailored, blending decades of experience with ancient methods I’ve gathered from India, Thailand, and Indonesia. Through intentional touch, I support physical release, emotional restoration, and energetic harmony—guiding the body back to its natural rhythm and intelligence.

In my yoga classes, I create spaces of grounded exploration—where students can slow down, listen inward, and move with clarity and heart. Drawing from the Iyengar tradition and infused with the grace of vinyasa and hatha, my teaching is both precise and compassionate. It’s an invitation to build strength, cultivate awareness, and return to wholeness.

The impact I aim for is simple yet profound:
To help others come home to themselves.
To remind the body that it is safe.
To offer moments of stillness in a noisy world.
To awaken the breath, open the heart, and restore trust in the wisdom within.
